The MENTOR WORKSHOP is a one-of-a-kind event designed to equip youth who are blind or visually impaired with the mindset, tools, and connections they need to thrive in school, work, and life. This is their chance to learn from some of the world’s top business leaders, including Grant Cardone’s elite success coaches, at The Grant Cardone Foundation Headquarters.

Thriving Blind Academy

Thriving Blind Academy (TBA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is committed to addressing the literacy, employment, and financial challenges within the blind and low-vision community. By empowering individuals with essential tools, connections, and mentorship, TBA strives to equip blind teens with the resilience and resources they need to thrive independently and overcome daunting statistics: high dropout and unemployment rates within their community.

Together, TBA and the Cardone Foundation aspire to inspire these teens to overcome societal and personal barriers, providing them with a tangible path to independence and financial security.

Participation includes the Cardone workshop and ONE FULL YEAR of mentoring and membership in Thriving Blind Academy.
